Yep, Benn broke his arm on the first day of the Niedermayer Hockey School in Cranbrook! That was on August 7th and boy was he upset, didn't even get onto the ice since it happened at dryland training.
The first 3 pictures were taken with the cell phone camera so that's why the quality is low.
Top - With ice on his arm we're hoping it's a strain of some sort. Benn would go to lunch with his hockey schoolers and tried to play floor hockey but no deal.
Next - At the hospital, that took 4 hours, and we're in the x-ray room for pictures. We'd been here about 2 hours when this picture was taken.
Middle - Benn with his new cast all shiny and white, well white at least.
Next - Scott Neidermayer poses with Benn after signing the cast, his brother Rob was gone.
Bottom - Another NHL'er, Steve Konawalchuk, was there too and signed the cast. He didn't hear Benn's name and signed it Brent.
